How does founding pricing work?
$59/mo locked forever for the first 50 firms who join the cohort. After that, Starter is $99/mo and Pro is $199/mo. Your founding rate never goes up, even as features ship.

When does DeliverOps launch?
Private beta is rolling now for founding members. General availability is Q4 2026. Founding members get access as features ship.

Do I need to replace Costpoint or Unanet?
No. DeliverOps sits on top of your accounting system. We pull project data from it and push deliverables + invoices back. Your finance team keeps the tool they know.

Is DeliverOps SOC 2 / CMMC / FedRAMP compliant?
SOC 2 Type II is in progress ahead of GA. CMMC Level 2 alignment through our own DoD contracts. FedRAMP Moderate is planned for 2028.

Where is my data stored?
All customer data lives in US-region Supabase Postgres with tenant-level row security. No offshore processing. No international data transfers.

What contract types does DeliverOps support?
FFP, T&M, CPFF, CPAF, IDIQ task orders, and BPAs. Both DoD and civilian agency formats. CLIN-level tracking works across all contract types.

How do I reach support?
Founding members get a private Slack channel with the founders. Everyone else can email [email protected] — we answer every message.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Month-to-month billing, no annual contract required. Cancel from your account settings or email support. Your data export is available for 30 days after cancellation.

Can I export my data?
Yes, always. CSV and JSON export for every table. PDF export for CDRLs, invoices, and CPARS narratives. We do not lock your data in.
