Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy defines what you can and cannot do with DeliverOps. It applies to everyone who accesses the Service.
Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of DeliverOps (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Permitted Uses
DeliverOps is intended for managing federal contract delivery, including CDRL tracking, FAR-compliant invoicing, CPARS narrative development, subcontractor management, and related contract execution workflows.
Use of the Service for these purposes by federal contractors, their employees, and authorized agents is permitted.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use DeliverOps to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights - Process classified information or Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) in a manner that violates applicable handling requirements - Upload malware, viruses, worms, or other malicious code - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or underlying infrastructure - Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service - Use the Service to send spam, phishing emails, or other unsolicited communications - Impersonate another person or entity - Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service - Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service without authorization - Use the Service to compete directly with DeliverOps or build a competing product
Export Controls
The Service may be subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
You agree not to use the Service to process information subject to ITAR or other export-controlled technical data without first obtaining appropriate authorization and confirming DeliverOps supports such use.
Data Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all data you upload to or process through the Service. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to process such data.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Resource Limits
DeliverOps enforces reasonable resource limits to ensure service quality for all users. These include:
- API rate limits as documented in our API reference - Storage limits per plan - Number of active contracts per plan - Export and bulk operation limits
Exceeding these limits may result in throttling or temporary suspension. Repeated or deliberate circumvention of limits violates this AUP.
Reporting Violations
To report a violation of this AUP or suspected abuse of the Service, contact [email protected]. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action, which may include account suspension or termination.
Enforcement
DeliverOps reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP and to take appropriate action, including warning, suspension, or termination of accounts. In severe cases, we may also report violations to law enforcement.
We will attempt to notify you before taking enforcement action, except in cases involving active security threats or legal obligations.
Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to account administrators at least 30 days before taking effect.
