Accessibility Statement
Last updated · April 10, 2026
DeliverOps is committed to accessibility. This page describes our conformance targets, known limitations, and how to report an accessibility issue.
Our Commitment
DeliverOps is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including people with disabilities. Federal contracting software should be usable by everyone working in the federal market — that includes our customers' employees with disabilities.
We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
Conformance Status
DeliverOps aims to conform to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We also design with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act in mind — the federal accessibility standard that will apply to many of our customers' internal deployments.
Full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance is a target for general availability. A Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) will be published alongside GA.
Features
DeliverOps is designed to be accessible, including:
- Keyboard navigation for every interactive element - Semantic HTML and proper ARIA labels throughout - Sufficient color contrast (WCAG AA minimum) for text and interactive elements - Resizable text without loss of functionality - Alt text for meaningful images - Form labels and error messages that work with screen readers - Focus indicators visible on all interactive elements - Skip-to-content links on every page
Known Limitations
The DeliverOps marketing site is currently being tested against WCAG 2.1 AA. Known limitations are documented below and will be addressed before general availability:
- Some complex interactive dashboards may require alternative presentation modes for screen reader users (planned for GA) - Animation and motion effects can be reduced via the prefers-reduced-motion media query, but not all decorative animations currently respect this setting - The DeliverOps application (product) is still in development — accessibility testing is ongoing
Assistive Technology Support
DeliverOps aims to support the latest versions of common assistive technologies, including:
- NVDA and JAWS on Windows - VoiceOver on macOS and iOS - TalkBack on Android - Keyboard-only navigation
If you encounter an accessibility issue with any assistive technology, please report it using the contact information below.
Feedback
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of DeliverOps. If you encounter accessibility barriers, please contact us:
Email: [email protected] Phone: (646) 671-3399
We try to respond to accessibility feedback within 2 business days and address issues as quickly as possible.
Section 508 Compliance
For federal customers, a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) documenting Section 508 compliance will be published alongside general availability. The VPAT will detail conformance with each applicable Section 508 standard and any exceptions.
Early-access to the draft VPAT is available on request to federal customers evaluating DeliverOps for their internal deployments.
